reception Rental

- Entire Grounds all day starting at 9:00am
- Bar Use Included (Alcohol Separate)
- Tables and Chairs Included
- Catering Warmer and Ice Maker Use
- Indoor/Outdoor garage bar (weather permitting outdoor)
- Grassy Area, Courtyard.
- (Rooftop Terrace not available as it is being repaired.
- Set-up time by the client on the day of the event from 9 a.m. until the wedding/reception begins.
- Any added hour is $125/hour extra and must be decided before the day of, as the bartender and security need to be paid also.
- Pick up is the same day/night of rental
- The day before set-up, if available, is $125/hour

Hourly Rental

- Perfect for showers, parties, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. (Does not include weddings.)
- Minimum of 3 hours
- Includes Tables and Chairs
- Includes Only the Downstairs inside and outside
- Clean up immediately following event
- Day before set up will be an additional charge per hour of $125/hr, if available.

Available for trainings, meetings, luncheons, seminars, holiday parties, birthday parties, engagement parties, celebrations of life, pop-ups, and so much more!

Photography
We also offer an option to have a professional photography package with Abigail Kathleen Photography. This is exclusively for showers, small parties, small gatherings. Excludes weddings.

Additional bar options:
1~Open Bar it is a "charge by the drink" option to the client.
The client will be billed after the event.
2~Cash Bar for your guests to pay.
3~"Cap" option- the client requests a cap for them to pay for and
when that number is reached, it turns into a cash bar for guests.
We accept cash and credit cards for your guests.
Bar prices include the following:
Bartender
Full bar, mixers, garnishes (on packages that apply)
Juice (pineapple, cranberry)
Small selection of soft drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite)
Disposable plasticware/styrofoam cups
Ice
Cocktail napkins
Water
*Add a signature drink if not in package - $350
*Add a special spirit or wine, charge for a full case.
*No extra tumblers, or drink holders for guests unless approved by venue.
*A corking fee of $15/bottle on special occasions,
the bartender will serve and handle the wine.
**No outside alcohol can be brought into The Old Building,
we have a liquor license and it is illegal.
